Log4U primarily focuses on providing quality warehouse spaces across India. However we do support customers if they are looking for warehouse management through our experienced partners.

I am a vendor having warehouse space. How can I get engaged with Log4U?

In order to get engaged with Log4U, a Partner has to:– Register online on our official website and provide all the necessary site details, online. We will authenticate the data and once the data is validated, it will be made live.  If you have any query, you can send a mail to [email protected] or call us on the number provided in our website. For registration purpose, you need to provide the essential details and our team will be happy to assist you throughout the process.   

I am a customer looking for a warehouse. How can I work with log4U?

If you are a customer looking for a warehouse, we would encourage you to register with us in order to provide the required support during your procurement process. Registration is free of cost and your data is secure. You can get SMS/Email alerts to help you with your search. If you have already finalised on the location, please search for the sites and request an appointment for the finalised sites.

I am a customer looking for warehouse management. Can I get support from Log4U?

In case the customer wants to go ahead with the selected site and needs support for complete warehousing solutions,we support the same through our partners.

I am a Partner. How much will it cost me for registration with Log4U?

Registration of Partners and listing of sites is free of charge. To list a site you have be registered as a Partner.

I am a customer looking for a warehouse site. How does it work?

After registration as a customer, search for the warehouse and raise a survey request. The system gives you a request id. The request id helps you track your site appointment online.

Can I check my transactions online?

As a registered party for any transaction done through Log4U, You get access to a secure gateway for viewing/tracking your contract transactions online. Additionally, you get notifications for renewals and amendments.

Which geographical locations Log4U does cater to?

Log4U caters to all major warehouse locations across India. In case, you don’t find a site with space availability in the required location online, please do send us your enquiry at [email protected] .We will find the sites in the least possible time through our network.

Does log4U caters to cold storage warehouses?

Yes, we also deal with cold storage requirement.

How does Log4U support me for an on-demand warehousing?

Through our wide network of warehouses, we support our customers for short terms warehousing requirements like seasonal loads and promotions.

How do you ensure the quality of the warehouse space with Log4U?

At Log4U, we take efforts in order to validate our partners and their sites quality. The information is authenticated through a rigorous process of documentation checks and site visits. We demarcate the sites into prime and no-prime properties depending upon the quality check done with the sites.
